OIC Founding Director Engages A Solid Relationship with the New Elected Gayo’s District Head

Panut Hadisiswoyo, the Founding Director of Orangutan Information Centre (OIC) had a privilege to meet the new elected of Gayo Luwes district head; H. Muhammad Amru, on Wednesday (06/10/17).

This meeting was intended to engage a good relationship with the newly elected district head. As one of OIC’s project site, Gayo Permaculture Centre (GPC) is located in this area. OIC realizes that the local government is one of the important elements to guarantee the project into the success. Thus, on the meeting, Panut informed Amru about the brief information about the project and the benefit towards the local people.

Understanding the project, the district head felt deeply impressed to the GPC.   “One of my soon implemented programs is developing a centre like GPC. I am so impressed that you guys did it already. Great job, team!”

Panut presented the introduction of GPC to the district head

Panut himself stated that “Support from the local government is such essential element to drive the success of GPC. We hope the new district head can help us to develop the public facilities such as road construction. It is such a warm welcome from the newly elected head district for us. We do hope they can help us to develop this program to be better and bring more impact to the local people”.

A solid relationship is such an important tool to conquer any challenge in the future. More achievement for better future. What other things to say, simply “Well done team” like always.
