Trimming coffee is one of the important trainings to develop their coffee’s quality. As the matter of fact, it is something that quite opposite with the method they applied for years! As they never trimmed their coffee before.
“This method is the opposite with our applied method for years! When I trimmed my coffee at the first time, my wife was extremely mad at me thinking that I would ruin our coffee. This coffee plantation is our life! She even treathened to divorce me for doing it! But now, i realize that my coffee production is getting better also with the quality. My wife loves me more now” Purba, one of the farmers said with the warm laugh.
